1. The Canvas: Our Service
Welcome to the studio! By using the Draw Sketch Easy AI Generator ("the App"), you agree to these terms. Think of them as the ground rules that keep our creative space fair and safe for everyone. We provide the tools (the App), and you provide the imagination.
2. Your Copyright, Your Masterpiece
Let's be crystal clear: You retain all ownership and copyright to the art you generate. We are a service provider, not a publisher. You grant us only the temporary, technical license needed to process your sketch and generate the final artwork for you.
3. Respect for the Craft (and the Community)
As an artist in this community, you agree not to create content that is harmful, hateful, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others. This includes:
- Content that promotes discrimination or violence.
- Explicit or pornographic material.
- Work that violates another's copyright or trademark.
We reserve the right to deny service to those who misuse the tools to harm others.
4. Premium Tools & Subscriptions
Access to premium styles and features is available through a subscription. All payments and subscription management are handled securely through the Apple App Store. You are in full control and can cancel anytime via your Apple ID settings.
